Air Scout Programme

As part of SSA’s new strategic thrust to create a vibrant and enriching set of youth programme for young people from all walks of lives, a newly revamped air scout programme consists of eight core domains with the aviation thrust. The eight domains are: Principles of Flights, Aerospace Operations, Meteorology, Aero Engine, Practical Skills, Navigation, Air Traffic Control & Communications and Flight Safety & Airmanship. It is a significant milestone for the Singapore Scout Association (SSA) Air Scout Section. This was developed after many rounds of consultations with educational and industry partners. This approach also ensures that our youth programme is always aligned and relevant to the development in our society
