TAMPINES DISTRICT SPORTS CARNIVAL 2015
The Tampines District Sports Carnival is open to all Tampines Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venture Scouts, Rover Scouts and Adult Leaders. The objective of the carnival is to establish rapport and foster friendships between the Scouts through friendly competition activities. This year the carnival is divided into two segments, namely a Tele-match for Cub Scouts and two sports events, ie Floor Ball and Frisbee for the young people and adults.
The details of the event as follows:
Date : 23 May 2015 (Saturday)
Time : 0800hrs to 1400hrs
Venue : East Spring Secondary School
Event Fee : $30.00 per team of 6 (Tele-match) $45.00 per team of 9 (Floor Ball/ Frisbee) Closing Date: 23 April 2015 (inclusive of payment) Packs, Troops, Units and Crews are only allowed to send in a maximum of 2 teams for each activity/sports, ie 2 teams for Tele-match, 2 teams for either Floor Ball/Frisbee.
Registration will be based on a first-come-first-served basis. The Unit Leader in-charge together with the teams representatives are required to attend a compulsory briefing for the Tele-match and Sports Events. There will also be a trial session for teams who are interested to know better the rules and regulations of the sports. Teams participating in trials are to bring along water bottles.

Units are to arrange their own transport to East Spring Secondary School for the event. The even application form is attached your action. Submission of application form and payment shall be made through our Area Administrative Assistant, Ms Banu at the Scout Association by the closing date, 23 April 2015.
