SSA - Communications & Relations Officer 
(Senior Executive/Assistant Manager)

Job Description
- Assist with the execution of all ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns and activities including but not limited to: event management, collaterals developments, onsite support and post campaign reporting.
- Lead social and digital media activities for the association. Ensure always-on social listening, community engagement & management, and real-time crisis respond and report. 
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness; which should not be confined to activities such as campaigns, promotions, competitions and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Managing public relations for SSA by liaising with Media for programmes, events or projects with the aim of publicizing and promoting Scouting and the Association by working with relevant Commissioners and Staff.
- Lead in organising and preparing the Association’ Annual Report, publications and meetings—incuding AGM, Scout and Commissioner’s Council meetings. 
- Coordinate donors’ engagement programme as well as ensure alignment of messages for all internal and external communications.
- Assist in liaising with relevant governmental agencies and external organisations in joint projects, partnerships and grant applications. 
- Oversee, coordinate and monitor all annual fund-raising projects; not limited to Job Week and Donation Draw. 
- Support administrative duties such as budget preparations, editing and sending circulars, updating historical data, grant sourcing and proposals, as well as tracking, measuring and analyzing all visual/statistic reports (ROI) and including all other duties that may be assigned by the Executive Director.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in branding, PR and mass communication
- Experience and a flair in creative writing, designing, event/campaign planning, corporate communication, copywriting and vetting marketing collateral
- Resourceful, creative and meticulous individual who can work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Well verse with technology, social and digital media platforms
- Able to work in accordance to the Scout Promise & Law
